Day 1
Today we got to know some basic concepts about Hebbelschule and eTwinning. The core idea of Hebbelschule is school exchanges exchange from different countries, aiming to offer students opportunities to experience different culture and improve their language abilities. For eTwinning, is more like a worldwide pedagogical language community. It runs collaborative project online and sites. Then, we worked in groups, preparing the interview questions for an eTwining project organiser .

day 2
This morning we attended a video making workshop. After reviewing some interesting educational formats such as taking head, stop motion, animation and so on, we tried to output what we just learnt from the tutorial: making an didactic video in groups. In the afternoon, we brought our prepared interview questions to go to visit a local German secondary school in order to collect more data from the Migration and Human-Rights eTwining project organiser. Actually, changes are always beyond plans. During the interview, based on the reality and the previous interview questions, we had some additional questions come out. Exchanging students is not a new idea in the hinger educational institution. However, the organizing ways of exchanging students are quite special and more adapted the digital modern society.
day 4Today was our turn to do the classroom observation in an other local German secondary school. It was better to bring the purposes to observe a lesson. For me, I was very care about the classroom management and the interaction between teacher and students . Also, the lead-in of the lesson was one of the most focusing point. The following activity was to attend a Spanish seminar with local students in the university. It's a very nice experience to discuss "teacher development" with German students. We used lingual-franka to communicate and exchange ideas. They are all very friendly. At the end of the day, we went to Jack's kitchen having dinner together. Thank you very much Isabe and Oesterle organising all of these activities for us. This project is very organised and managed. It establishes a multi-culture self-reflection, innovation and interculturality in foreign and second language learning and teaching environment.
